Ray tracing — Chemistry

Here a few organic molecules and crystal structures drawn with the POV ray-tracing tool. The "building blocks" (atoms) are simple, but the arrangement in space of the bigger compounds is not straightforward. I had to review my geometry and trigonometry. And just in case you didn't guess, I am a chemist...
Colour code of the atoms:
C = black, H = white, O = red, N = warm yellow, Cl = green, S = yellow-green, Metal = metallic, Si = blue.
